Description of the Requirement: The OAG requires the services of a qualified contractor to design and recommend a modernized competency model. The proposed model must align with the OAG's strategic direction, values and ethics, workforce needs, and future operating environment. The recommended model must identify the competencies required to support current and futures business needs, provide a supporting competency architecture, and consider implementation requirements.
