事業承継・M&A補助金 目的: 事業を引き継ぎたい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし 補助率: 2/3 以内又は 1/2 以内 ■申請にあたっての注意点 本補助金及び以下の申請フォームは、 中小企業生産性革命推進事業 事業承継・M&A補助金(16次公募)における 「事業承継促進枠」 について用意されたものである。 廃業・再チャレンジ枠と併用にて申請する場合は、事業承継促進枠として申請すること。 【申請期日5営業日前までの申請推奨について】 本補助金では過去公募回の申請タイミングの傾向から、申請期日の前日、当日に申請が集中することが予想され、当公募回については審査日程上、期日間際での申請に対し、事務局での複数回の不備指摘、修正差戻しができず、不備の解消がしない場合には不採択となる可能性がある。 採択の可能性を高めるために、申請内容の不備指摘、修正差戻しを希望する場合は、申請期日の5営業日前（2026年10月29日）までの提出を検討すること。 【有償で申請内容の作成を第三者へ依頼する場合の注意点】 申請内容の作成を有償で第三者へ依頼する場合は、 行政書士(又は行政書士法人)に限られ、行政書士証憑・委任契約書の提出が必須となります。 詳細は「公募申請の手引き」をご確認ください。 ■目的・概要 中小企業生産性革命推進事業 事業承継・M&A補助金（以下、「本補助金」という。）は、中小企業者及び個人事業主（以下、中小企業者と個人事業主を総称して「中小企業者等」という。）が事業承継又はM&Aに際して行う設備投資等や事業承継、事業再編及び事業統合に伴い経営資源の引継ぎ及び引継ぎ後の経営統合に係る事業等（以下、「本事業」という。）について、その経費の一部を補助することにより、中小企業者等の事業承継、事業再編及び事業統合を促進し、生産性向上による我が国経済の活性化を図ることを目的とする。 ■根拠法令 補助金等に係る予算の執行の適正化に関する法律 中小企業基本法 商工会及び商工会議所による小規模事業者の支援に関する法律 ■応募資格 本補助金の補助対象者は、以下の（１）～（１５）の要件を満たし、かつ公募要領に記載する 「6.補助対象事業」の要件を満たす中小企業者等（注1）であること。 （注1）中小企業者等の要件については、 公募要領 の【対象となる中小企業者等】を参照すること。 （１）補助対象者は、日本国内に拠点又は居住地を置き、日本国内で事業を営む者であること。 ※個人事業主は、青色申告者であり、税務署に提出した確定申告書Bと所得税青色申告決算書の写しを提出できること。（税務申告・届出を電子で行っている場合は、受付が確認できるメール詳細（受付結果）を追加で提出。メール詳細（受付結果）がない場合は、「納税証明書〔その2〕所得金額の証明書」又は「課税証明書（所得金額の記載のあるもの）」も追加で提出） ※外国籍の者は、「国籍・地域」「在留期間等」「在留資格」「在留期間等の満了の日」「30条45規定区分」の項目が明記された住民票を添付すること。 （２）補助対象者は、地域経済に貢献している中小企業者等であること。地域の雇用の維持、創出や地域の強みである技術、特産品で地域を支える等、地域経済に貢献している（または貢献する予定の）中小企業者等であること。 ※地域経済に貢献している例 • 地域の雇用の維持、創出等により地域経済に貢献している。 • 所在する地域又は近隣地域からの仕入（域内仕入）が多い。 • 地域の強み（技術、特産品、観光、スポーツ等）の活用に取り組んでいる。 • 所在する地域又は近隣地域以外の地域への売上（域外販売）が多い（インバウンド等による域内需要の増加に伴う売上も含む）。 • 新事業等…[E4]
