The Lebanese Republic received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Green, Agri-Food Transformation for Economic Recovery (GATE) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of animal vaccines. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. The Supplier and its performance under this Contract shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Project Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) ( Appendix 4 of Part 3 - Contract ), which includes the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) instruments. 2. The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) acting as an implementing agency for and on behalf of the Republic of Lebanon now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Animal Vaccines . The successful Bidder shall complete the supply of the Goods, including delivery to the Final Destination as specified in the Bidding Documents. 3.
