The Assistant will provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, training, travel and field activities; procurement documentation; records and filing; asset and inventory management; stakeholder events; supervision missions; and other PIU operational requirements . Duration and Duty Station 18 months , full-time, at ESS Headquarters, Addis Ababa , subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field . Diploma holders with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
