The consulting services ("the Services") aim to engage a highly qualified Technical Lead / Chief Architect to provide independent technical leadership for the Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS). The role will focus on strengthening enterprise architecture, governing system design, ensuring compliance with approved standards, and overseeing vendor performance in alignment with program objectives and governance frameworks.
