Il est prévu qu'une partie des ressources de ce financement soit utilisée pour financer le Renforcement des capacités en matière de gouvernance, d'utilisation et de gestion des technologies de l'information pour le compte du Ministère des Finances, du Budget et de l'Economie Numérique, du Secrétariat Exécutif des Technologies de l'Information et de l'Office Burundais des Recettes- OBR.
