DE IDENTIFICAçãO DO PROJECTO P177004 SOLICITAçãO DE PROPOSTAS PARA AQUISIçãO DE BENS AQUISIçãO DE EQUIPAMENTO DE TI PARA UNIDADE DE COORDENAçãO DE PROJECTOS (UCP) Concurso No. 89G3/IT EQUIPMENT/R/26 O Governo da República de Angola recebeu um financiamento do Banco Mundial (BM) e da Agência Francesa de Desenvolvimento (AFD) para cobrir os custos do Resiliência Climática e Segurança Hídrica em Angola (RECLIMA) e pretende aplicar parte dos recursos do financiamento para um contrato de Aquisição de Equipamento de TI para Unidade de Coordenação de Projectos (UCP). Para este contrato, o Mutuário deverá processar os pagamentos usando o método de desembolso de Pagamento Directo, conforme definido nas Diretrizes de Desembolso do Banco Mundial para Financiamento de Projetos de Investimento, excepto aqueles pagamentos que o contrato prevê que sejam feitos por meio de carta de crédito. A Unidade de Coordenação do Projecto (UCP BM / AFD) do Ministério da Energia e águas (MINEA) convida aos concorrentes elegíveis para apresentação de propostas fechadas para o fornecimento de Equipamentos de TI para Unidade de Coordenação de Projectos (UCP) de Luanda e Lubango, Angola. O processo de contratação será conduzido através de Concurso Público Nacional, mediante Solicitação de Propostas (RFB), em conformidade com o "Regulamento de Aquisições para Mutuári…[E4]
