Przedmiotem zamówienia są: a) sukcesywne dostawy, odczynników do oznaczania hemoglobiny glikowanej metodą HPCL (dalej: asortyment) b) dzierżawa analizatora (podłączonego do systemu LIS MARCEL) oraz zestawu komputerowego z monitorem, klawiaturą, myszą, czytnikiem kodów kreskowych, drukarką kodów kreskowych kompatybilną z systemem MARCEL i 2 krzesłami laboratoryjnymi. Parametry komputera: MS Windows 11 PRO, 64 bitowy, min 8GB,zainstalowany program Adobe Acrobat Reader lub inny obsługujący format plików pdf; UPS dla analizatora oraz komputera - zabezpieczający nieprzerwaną pracę przez co najmniej 30 minut lub do zakończenia rozpoczętej analizy (dalej: urządzenie lub przedmiot dzierżawy),[E8]
