Clackmannanshire Council - Values based leadership Delivery
Verenigd KoninkrijkClackmannanshire Council
Council teams and young people are operating in an increasingly complex environment, shaped by changing pressures, evolving priorities and community needs. There is a recognised need to create opportunities that strengthen relationships, encourage reflection and support people to feel valued, heard and empowered. We wish to invest in values-based leadership experiences that support both staff teams and young people to connect with their values, recognise the strengths and experiences they each bring and build trust, confidence and resilience through shared learning experiences.
