Avinor plans to establish a qualification system for the procurement of security screening equipment for security checkpoints. It is announced as a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), where applicants with valid qualifications will be included in the qualification system. There will be ongoing admissions in the system and there will be a check that the qualifications are still fulfilled during the lifetime of the qualification system. The aim of the qualification system is to establish a system that ensures that Avinor gets the best possible coverage for procurements of security screening equipme
