Newark and Sherwood District Council (NSDC) is seeking to form a contract with one Contractor suitably qualified and experienced Property Safety and Compliance Check Contractor (PSCC/C) to deliver essential health, safety, statutory and regulatory compliance checks across all domestic properties under its management to be delivered under a Three-Star Contract which is a Fully Inclusive Service, Maintenance, Repair and Compliance Contract.
