East Dunbartonshire Council wishes to establish a public contract (within the meaning of the Procurement Regulations) and appoint a number of suppliers under an overarching ranked framework arrangement to carry out work and provide Work Orders in relation to Traffic Signal Equipment Supply, Maintenance & Associated Works throughout the local government area of East Dunbartonshire over a minimum period of three (3) years. The framework scope encompasses planned maintenance of traffic signal & optical equipment and the provision of a fault management system inclusive of reporting and repairing f
