The subject of this tender is the service for the collection of bulky refuse and WEEE using low emission service vehicle for the Ħal Luqa Local Council. The place of acceptance of the services shall be at Ħal Luqa, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be one (1) year, which can be extended for another three (3) years, up to a maximum of four (4) years.
