The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer. Husbanken, with approx. 350 employees and the Directorate for Building Quality (DiBK), with approx. 110 employees, has been decided that it shall merge with effect from 1 January 2027. The aim of the merger is to strengthen the governmental efforts within the housing and building policy.
