The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services in order to ensure a versatile, cost efficient and adapted system for the Defence sector ́s different users. Tenderers shall provide all types of travel agency services with particular focus on the booking portal and a customer team for personal service. The contracting authority ́s organisation consists of different entities with different needs and the tenderer shall operate as a hub for the contracting authority ́s total travel activities, including official journeys, journeys perm and commute
