The framework agreement shall consist of sample taking pipes and kits for analysing microbiome, metabolome and protomics. We would like sample taking pipes to be offered for different sample materials, including faeces. For faeces tubes must be offered for preservation of DNA, DNA and RNA and metabolites respectively. It is important that the sample taking pipes also come with a system for taking samples at home (sample takingskit). It is also important that the sample taking media is stable as far as possible at room temperature. The sampling pipes shall be used in different research projects
