Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for patrol vehicles for the police in Norway, i.e. patrol vehicles for the dog service, the emergency response units and the public emergency service. The police have a total of approx. 300 patrol vehicles, of which approx. 75% uniformed and 25% civilians are included in the categories included in this procurement.
