Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment in Oslo municipality (BYM), is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and development of municipal urban areas in Oslo. The urban rooms include common areas such as roads, streets, squares, meeting places, parks and recreational areas, sports and outdoor facilities and areas in the countryside and inner Oslofjord. The Agency for Urban Environment is in the planning phase of a new framework agreement for securing rock cuttings and slopes. The framework agreement shall cover the need for securing rock cuttings and slopes in
