Haugesund municipality shall enter into contracts for consultancy consultancy services. Two sub-contracts shall be signed, each sub-contract will be parallel framework agreements. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with two tenderers per sub-contract, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are received. A tenderer can submit tenders for one or both lots and can be awarded both sub-contracts.
