The Marine Engineering Division (MED) of the Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine (DAFM) require the services of a Marine Civil Engineering Consultancy to deliver the Appraisal Stage and Stage 1 services only for a proposal to address wave resonance and seiching at Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC).
