This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides a compliant procurement route for public bodies needing any range or mix of support to deliver their fixed term fixed price (FTFP) procurement aspirations. The DPS is divided into two Lots. Lot 1 Facilitate the arrangement of FTFP contracts using mini competitions. The purpose of this Lot 1, is to provide a DPS of Suppliers able to supply electricity & natural gas to a variety of organisations.
