The project is to provide internal wall insulation to the solid concrete block external walls and the areas of pitched ceilings as detailed in the attached schedule of works. The Lock House is only accessible on foot across a pedestrian bridge and the lock gates from the adjacent Boat Yard. Romney Lock House, Riverside Walk, Windsor, Berkshire, AL4 6HU Access is via the private boat yard where the contractor will have to negotiate parking with the lease holder Tom Jones Boat Yard.
